2. Ein Foto des Netzteils, auf dem die technischen Daten erkennbar sind.
3. Die Seriennummer des Druckers (beginnend mit „Q“).

1. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled in the "Quick Settings" or "Control Center" of your smartphone, then connect the printer via the app (e.g., "Main Printer").
2. Make sure you have granted all necessary permissions when downloading and installing the app; if not, please enable them in your smartphone's "Settings".
3. If the above methods do not work, use a pointed object (e.g., a needle) to press into the reset hole next to the power port, then restart both the printer and your smartphone.
1. Check whether the paper roll is thermal paper: Thermal paper can only be printed on one side. Scratch the paper with your fingernail or another sharp object. If a mark/discoloration appears, it is thermal paper. Insert the roll so that this side faces the print head.
2. Clean the print head with a cotton pad soaked in alcohol. Ensure that there is no dirt or adhesive residue on the print head. Allow the print head to air dry and try printing again.
1. Ensure the paper roll is inserted correctly: Check that it is positioned on the correct side of the printer (only required for M110/M120) and pull the paper forward to the paper outlet.
2. Try cleaning the printer sensor with an alcohol-soaked cotton pad.
3. If it still does not work, follow these steps: First, remove the paper roll from the printer and turn it on. Then, close the printer cover, press the power button to select the firmware version, and confirm with the paper feed button. Finally, reinsert the paper roll for the printing process.
4. Connect the printer to the app (e.g., "Printer Master"). If the app reports an error with the label paper, select the [Not yet resolved] option. Follow the instructions: Remove the label, close the printer cover, tap [Reset] in the app while the printer is on, wait 5 seconds, restart the printer, and reinsert the label to check if the printer now recognizes the labels properly.
1. If the print quality is not sharp, increase the print density in the "Printer Master" app before printing and try again.
2. Clean the print head (especially the area for the black mark) with an alcohol swab to ensure it is free of dirt.
3. If the problem persists, try using a different paper roll; moisture may have affected the paper roll and, consequently, the print quality.
4. Check the printer's battery level. If it is below 30%, please charge the printer for 3 hours and then print a label to check the print quality.
5. Please note that poor image quality also affects the print result. For example, an image with a white background may be printed with many spots or streaks if the quality is low.
1. Ensure that the label format set in the app matches the format actually loaded in the printer. The size is indicated on the packaging or can be measured with a ruler (e.g., if you are using 40 x 30 mm paper, you must select the corresponding 40 x 30 mm template in the app).
2. Check the template settings in the app or press the printer's power button to verify that the paper type is set correctly. Select the appropriate paper type (e.g., gap/mark paper, continuous paper, etc.).
3. Reinsert the paper roll, ensuring that both sides of the holder are firmly against the right side. Also, make sure that the arrows on the roll holder plates are pointing upwards.
4. If the above measures do not resolve the issue, clean the printer sensor with a cotton pad dampened with alcohol.
1. Please try charging the printer for one hour using a different charging cable and a 5V-2A charger before turning it on again.
2. Check the battery level before the printer is fully charged, and check it again after half an hour of use.
3. While charging, use a paperclip or a similar object to press into the small round hole next to the charging port. Restart the printer after it has been charging for half an hour.
1. Please check whether the paper roll holder is too tight or if the core of the paper roll does not fit the holder; please note that the paper roll cannot be inserted into the holder if the core does not fit.
2. Pull the paper roll to the paper outlet (at least 1 cm beyond it) and press the paper feed button to check whether the printer feeds the paper properly.
3. Try printing with a different paper roll and check whether the printer works correctly.
4. Use a safety pin to press the reset button next to the charging port. If the reset was successful, the printer will turn off. Please turn it back on and try to print.

This issue can be caused by a low battery level, an unsuitable paper type, or a dirty print head.
1. Ensure your printer is fully charged.
2. For optimal results, use original Phomemo thermal paper.
3. Open the cover and gently wipe the print head with a soft, alcohol-based cloth.
Blank pages are usually caused by incorrect paper orientation or unsupported paper types.
1. Ensure that the thermal side of the paper is facing the print head.
2. Make sure the paper roll is seated firmly and aligned correctly.
3. Use only Phomemo brand thermal paper.
Do not pair the device via your smartphone's Bluetooth settings. Always use the Print Master app.

2. Clean the paper detection sensor near the roller.
3. Use original paper with the correct dimensions.
1. Ensure that the paper roll is inserted correctly and pull the paper out from the paper outlet.
2. Clean the print head with alcohol.
3. If the indicator light remains red, try the following: If the printer is turned on and the indicator light for removing the label roll is red, ensure that the printer is in standby mode and no labels are inserted. Press and hold the power button for 10–20 seconds and release it as soon as the indicator light turns orange. Reinsert the paper roll, turn on the printer, and start the printing process."
The red light may indicate overheating, a low battery level, or issues with the paper.
1. Allow the printer to cool down if it has been in operation for an extended period.
2. Check for a paper jam or a low battery level.
3. For further information, please refer to the error display in the app.
Automatic shutdown usually occurs due to inactivity or power-saving settings.
1. Check the power-saving mode settings in the app.
2. Charge the printer and ensure the firmware is up to date.
3. Avoid long periods of idle time while the printer is turned on.
