Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

The estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.

Shipping and delivery will be delayed on weekends or public holidays.

If we have a high volume of orders (such as during our promotions), shipments may be delayed for a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to inventory issues, we will contact you via email. Please keep an eye out for our official emails.

Shipment Carriers

We are committed to providing free shipping services to Phomemo users worldwide, but in order to meet our customers' requirements for higher logistics timeliness, we have set up our own warehouses in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries. Some products will be delivered to you faster.

In addition, we provide optional paid logistics services. It is undertaken by three major logistics providers: DHL, UPS and Fedex. The fastest delivery time is 3 days.

Shipping Information

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Phomemo Support within 7 business days at eusupport@phomemo.com

For damages caused by the shipping company, including lost packages, damaged packages, damages caused by delays, and other losses, we will help you contact the responsible shipping company. Please keep all packages and damaged goods, as they may be needed in the event of a claim against the shipping company.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How are customs duties and import taxes handled?

All cross-border shipments are to pass through the customs clearance. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes. Customs duties and taxes vary in different countries.

The usual tariffs are approximately $15 in Brazil.The tariffs may vary depending on the items purchased.

Phomemo is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

The tariff is paid by Customers. If the parcel was destroyed or returned because the customer doesn't pay for the tariff or receive the parcel on time, we ONLY return the product price as the following:

Notice To Brazilian Customers

  • Brazilian customers NEED to provide your VAT number or CPF(Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) number for Brazil (fill in the Apartment column which is below to the Address column)

The CPF has 11 numbers  → (xxx.xxx.xxx-xx)
 For example:111.111.111-11 
 

  • Brazilian customers can purchase in two ways:
1) Direct purchase of DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) goods;
2) Enter the tracking number on the Brazilian National Post website, pay the handling fee online by credit card or bank transfer, and wait for the package arrive.(Recommend)
