Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery generally takes 3–15 business days.

  • Delays: Shipping and delivery may be delayed during weekends or public holidays.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons or promotional events, shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay due to stock availability, we will notify you via our official email. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

2. Shipping Fees & Zones

Zone A: Germany, United Kingdom, France

  • Free Shipping: For orders of 39.99 € or more.

  • Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee of 7.99 € applies to orders under 39.99 €.

Zone B: Italy, Czech Republic, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland

  • Free Shipping: For orders of 39.99 € or more.

  • Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee of 12.99 € applies to orders under 39.99 €.

Zone C: Other European Countries

(Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Cyprus, Portugal, Austria, Norway, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Malta, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Romania, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

  • Free Shipping: For orders of 89.99 € or more.

  • Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee of 17.99 € applies to orders under 89.99 €.

Other Destinations

  • For orders shipped to any country not listed above, a flat shipping fee of 50.00 € will be charged.

3. Shipping & Carrier Information

We strive to offer free shipping to Phomemo users in most regions. To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, we operate local warehouses in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other countries. Select products will be dispatched from these local facilities for quicker arrival.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Phomemo is not liable for any losses (including lost or damaged packages, losses caused by delays, and other related damages) resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Changing Delivery Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order completion.

  • Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a successful address change, as the order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase. In some instances, address changes may incur additional shipping charges.

4. Damages & Carrier Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the Phomemo Customer Support team within 7 business days via support@phomemo.com.

For damages caused by the carrier (including lost packages, physical damage, and delay-related losses), we will assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required as evidence when filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Taxes, VAT, and Customs Duties

For all countries listed above (except Switzerland and Norway), our listed prices are inclusive of statutory Value Added Tax (VAT). You will not incur additional taxes or import fees.

  • Switzerland & Norway: For orders shipped to Switzerland or Norway, additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes may apply in accordance with local import regulations. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Important Note on Customs and Import Regulations

By placing an order on Phomemo, you confirm that the purchased products are permitted for import into the destination country. The recipient will be deemed the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements of the destination country.

  • Please note that customs clearance processes in certain countries may cause delivery delays. For more details, please consult your local customs authorities.
