By subscribing to Phomemo you agree that regular payments can be taken from your payment method provided on checkout. Payment will be taken via the payment method provided and on regular intervals as specified by your order.Phomemo will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the service selected until you pause or cancel your scheduled subscription.

We will disclose the duration and cost of the Subscription before your registration and will confirm the duration and the cost of the Subscription via email following your purchase.you will receive an email confirming that your payment has been successful. Your subscription starts on the day we send your confirmation email and it's your responsibility to check your email for this, including, if necessary, your spam folder.

The subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time via the My Account section of the website, or via email, but any such request must be made before any scheduled dispatch. If we receive instruction to pause or cancel a subscription after your item has been dispatched then you will be charged for that delivery.

If you change address, you must update your details by using the My Account section of the website or by contacting us on email at support@phomemo.com. We will not be held responsible for item sent to incorrect addresses provided when placing your order, or for changes in shipping that we are not made aware of and have acknowledged via email. Please ensure that any changes to shipping are done in time to take effect before your move.

We reserve the right to cancel a subscription without prior notice and at any time.
