How Your Points Migration Works
To ensure you receive the maximum value, our transfer system automatically accounts for your existing balance:

The Transfer Formula (> 300 Points):
When applying your migration code on the EU store, 300 points are deducted from your old balance to integrate with your 500 Welcome Points:
EU Total Points = (US Balance - 300) + 500 = US Balance + 200
Example: If you have 400 US points, your new EU balance will be (400 - 300) + 500 = 600 Points.

Step 1: Check Your US Rewards Balance
Log into your member page on the US store. If your points balance is greater than 300, copy your unique Migration Code. If your balance is 300 or less, skip the code—registering directly on the EU store gives you more points!

Step 2: Create & Subscribe on the EU Store
Visit our Europe Store, register a new account, and check the "Subscribe to Newsletter" box. You will instantly earn 500 Welcome Points (300 for registering + 200 for subscribing).

Step 3: Apply Code (Balances > 300 Only)
Go to your EU Rewards Dashboard, paste your Migration Code, and submit. Your remaining US points will immediately merge into your EU balance!

Q: Why can’t I use a migration code if my US balance is ≤300 points?
A: Because all new registrations on the EU store automatically receive 500 Welcome Points upon signing up and subscribing. If your US balance is 300 or less, deducting 300 points would result in fewer total points than starting fresh with 500 points. We designed this rule so you always get the higher rewards!

Q: Will my US account points be updated after migration?
A: Yes, once your migration code is redeemed on the EU site, your US points balance will be adjusted accordingly to complete the transfer.
